October 30, 2009

Huge cuts in planned Medicare spending.

Income tax surcharge of 5.4 percent on individuals making at least $500,000 annually and couples making at least $1 million.

A significant expansion of Medicaid, the federal-state health program for low-income people which is bankrupting the states.
